We believe talented and inspired people make everything possible.

That’s why, 3 years ago, we became 100% employee-owned! Our purpose has always been to help organisations achieve their talent goals and help people make life-changing career choices. So, when we celebrated 15 years in 2022, it felt right to give the talented people who’ve made Creed what it is today complete ownership – the chance to shape our future and have their say.

Now, a few years on, we can say for sure: It’s been just as exciting and transformative as we hoped. The world of work has transformed in ways we couldn’t have predicted, but as co-owners, our team helps us influence, innovate, and just keep growing.

Giving our people ownership and a voice on the Trust Board and our Voice Forum means they directly shape how we operate, are better rewarded, and share in the success they’ve helped create.

One of our core values is ‘Actions speak louder than words’, and since becoming employee-owned, we’ve really put that into practice – cementing our belief that talented and inspired people make everything possible.

For our people, partners, and clients, the day-to-day hasn’t changed at all – but now, everyone they meet and work with at Creed is a co-owner, all with a shared purpose.
