Welcome to the team, Beccy!

Team Creed just keeps growing – and with it, our expertise across all thing’s employer branding and talent attraction.

We recently caught up with one of our newest team members, Account Manager, Beccy, to hear about her experience so far – from her onboarding journey (one of the most crucial parts of any hiring process) to her previous experience and her life outside the office!

First things first, tell us a bit about you.

Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with family and friends – especially my husband and our two-year-old son, Joshua.

I started running last year and completed my first-ever 10k in September, which was a huge personal achievement. My New Year’s resolution is to work my way up to running a half marathon, and I’m excited to get back into training.

 

What were you doing before you joined Team Creed?

I previously worked at a recruitment advertising agency for 10 years, where I focused on media campaigns and supporting clients with their talent attraction strategies.

Over that time, I developed strong experience in campaign planning, media strategy, and client partnership – showing clients how to attract the right talent in competitive markets. I’m excited to bring that knowledge to Creed to help our clients strengthen their employer brands and reach the audiences that matter to them most.

How have you found the onboarding process so far?

My onboarding process has been great. All the training sessions have been highly relevant to my role and are clearly well thought out, so we can get the most out of them. After my initial training when I first joined, I’ve had additional sessions which were tailored to my needs, focusing on helping me grow as an account manager. It’s been really valuable learning about the different projects and services Creed offers, and I’m looking forward to getting involved in a range of projects.

The team have also been incredibly welcoming and always there to give advice and answer questions. As everyone says, “No question is a stupid one!”, which makes such a difference when you’re starting somewhere new!
