Introduction & Challenge

CTS are a small cloud solutions business that works differently, offering expertise and services with the lesser used, but arguable better Google Cloud Platform.

We all know, tech talent is difficult to attract, and with CTS being smaller than their competitors, and specialising in a cloud platform with a smaller market share, it was even harder for them to attract the talent they needed to satisfy their growth.

Some would throw money at Indeed to solve their talent problems. But CTS didn’t have the budget for that. Without it we had approach their attraction advertising differently, which CTS were really onboard with.

Our Approach

The goal here was to get tech jobs at CTS in front of as many relevant people as we could. Educating people on what a great business they are. We didn’t have the budget for slick videos, or glossy photoshoots. We had to spend as much on media as possible. So, we had to be clever.

Using words alone our idea was to present familiar phrases and sayings in a surprising way. Phrases that helped to stop people during their doom scrolling, capturing their attention so that we get a chance to tell them about CTS.

That’s exactly what our execution of the concept did. In particular, one advert outperformed the rest by astronomical degrees.
