We also specialise in supporting the planning and buying of long term media contracts. Typically, there are huge benefits from a cost and added value perspective of buying media over a longer period of time. These proposals are always bespoke and never include resold media.

Measurement

In order to accurately monitor the performance of the campaigns/media we book, we use a range of sophisticated tagging and tracking software. By hosting and serving creative inventory such as programmatic ads, HTML emails and so on, we know categorically how many times they’ve been seen and clicked on.

Working closely with client ATS providers, we place code at various stages of the application process but primarily at the ‘Thank you for applying’ page. This tells us exactly how many candidates have applied via not just which channel, but also which piece of specific inventory or creative within that platform.

Optimisation

Once we’ve deployed any advertising, we ensure this media activity is continually optimised. By keeping in close contact with our media partners and by referring to our real-time performance dashboards, we are continually optimising. This means that no activity is left to run without scrutiny and every pound you spend works as hard as it possibly can.

Reporting

We believe in transparency and measurement, and so provide a portal through which you can see just how hard your expenditure is working. This dashboard provides in-depth information on all your online media channels in a single user-friendly place.

The custom software enables us to showcase media performance in real time and website traffic data. More importantly though, the application and conversion data show which combination of propositions/messages and channels are working right now.
