Inspired and motivated
With so much change taking place in the travel industry, Travelport wanted to ensure their purpose, vision and values felt relevant to the people they employed around the world. However, as is often the case, timescales were tight, and budgets were even tighter! So, after a short period of internal research (conversations with a small sample of employees and leaders), we created #OneTravelport.
As you’d expect from a leading travel tech business, the majority of the assets were digital including a #OneTravelport portal – a microsite featuring an inspirational launch video and all the assets employees needed to understand the purpose, vision and values at a more local level, we deployed e-shots, desk drops and posters across the group.
