Recruiting to logistics roles is challenging, especially for short-term Summer Placement roles. It is a niche skillset and competition is high, as the whole economy relies on logistics to keep people, consumables and capital moving.
The campaign had a twin track talent attraction approach; broad graduate attraction channels to increase awareness of the available opportunities and generate applications for general management and support service roles; highly targeted inventory to attract highly sought after candidates suitable for niche roles.
After planning, designing and executing the campaign, we managed response closely with the client and the media to make the budget work as hard as possible. The campaign delivered excellent results and filled every available role.
