A brand new EVP and multi-brand careers site to consolidate a diverse business.
This new destination careers site aims to leverage the master brand and celebrate the individual companies with a new engaging EVP video to support defined and strong propositions.
10% of the employee population participated in focus groups to help define the propositions and ensure diversity of input. The site was built with simple navigation and clean links to the ATS and imagery was global travel related, inspirational and aided the effective delivery of core messages.
Not only was the whole project delivered in 12 weeks, Google Analytics tracking shows increased applications by over 500% delivering significantly reduced agency spend for front line and head office hires.
