Yes, we’re Employer Branding experts, but to ensure we’re giving you the best service possible, we believe it’s crucial our team feel supported and well looked after. And that starts with the onboarding process, we believe it helps new hires adjust to their jobs more quickly, acquire many of the skills and the knowledge needed to contribute to us at Creed, and get up to speed on the social and performance elements of their new position.
So, let’s read what Ed, our new Senior Designer, has to say about his first few weeks joining our Creative team at Creed.
What aspect of the role excites you the most?
Collaboration really helps to bring the best out of a brief, so being able to bounce or blend ideas amongst the wider team helps to get to some really exciting design solutions.
How was your onboarding experience?
My onboarding experience has been very supportive and seamless. Everyone in the immediate and wider team at Creed has been so friendly and incredibly helpful with any questions I’ve had since starting.
What have you learnt so far?
I’ve learnt a lot about how Creed likes to approach their creative campaigns and EB guides with a very fine-tuned and methodical process that helps bring client’s creative requirements to life.
How is your current role different from your previous one?
I worked as an in-house Designer at my previous role so working for an agency with a variety of clients really lets me flex my creative muscles. Variety is truly the spice of life after all.

The creative freedom that’s afforded to me to tackle every brief with a lot of flexibility and encouraged me to push the boundaries where possible.
