So, we’re looking for the following to join our team full time, as we return to hybrid working, 3 days at home and 2 days in our modern offices in Altrincham centre.
Account Manager £25-29k
Work closely and in partnership with your own clients to brief, research, plan and manage results-driven marketing, creative, comms and media campaigns. Great client service, relationship management and campaign performance are what makes you tick. You’re detail-driven, organised, analytical and can co-ordinate work through the wider digital, creative and senior team. You have experience in client service in advertising or marketing and love to inspire with future thinking.
Digital Account Co-ordinator £18-22k
Plan and buy digital media, create and optimise Google Ads and set up, track and manage programmatic activity and social media campaigns. Be analytical and pro-active to interpret data streams, optimise and refine performance and manage clients’ reporting dashboards. Relevant work experience in digital marketing, time management skills, ability to juggle multiple campaigns and work as part of a close, results-focused team is what we’re looking for.
Junior Designer £20-£22k
Design, produce and amend digital ads, social content, presentations, prepare artwork and retouch images from photoshoots. Prepare artwork for print and digital production and keep our own portfolio up to date. Be a brand guardian for our clients and be a whizz with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. You’ll ideally have a handle on PowerPoint and be able to work in a busy team or independently on your own projects.
Develop and inspire the visual direction of brands, campaigns and comms, ensuring brand consistency. You’ll develop our creative offering and work closely with the creative, digital, and client service teams to build compelling advertising, marketing and presentations with design flair. You’re organised, know Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and ideally have some After Effects and Premiere Pro knowledge. You’ve mastered teamwork, time management and are hungry to learn and craft your skills.
